COCONUT RHAPSODY RECIPE

Ingredients that you need:
- 5 fl. oz. (150 ml) unsweetened coconut milk (Silk)
- 3 tbsps. organic coconut flour (Bob’s Red Mill)
- 1-2 tbsps. unsweetened shredded coconut (Bob’s Red Mill)
- 1 fl. oz. (30 ml) water
Preparation:
Pour the coconut milk and water in a sauce pan. Then add the coconut flour and shredded coconut and place to the medium heat to cook. Wait until it starts to thicken up, and then cook for approx. 3 minutes at low heat to the desired density.
