BUTTON MUSHROOMS AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE
The recipe makes 6 servings. Nutritional value per serving: 330 Calories, 16.2 g Fat, 3.2 g Carbs, 36 g Protein.
Ingredients that you need:
- 1 lb. (500 g) chicken meat
- 4 slices of smoked bacon
- 10 oz. (300 g) of button mushrooms
- 3 eggs
- 5 oz. (150 g) of sour cream
- 3 ½ oz. (100 g) Parmesan cheese
- salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Preparation:
Cut the bacon to the strips and fry in the pan. Then add the chicken cut into cubes. Season it with salt and fry until the chicken is cooked.
Clean the mushrooms, chop and fry in other frying pan. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Grease the casserole and place chicken and bacon in it. Put mushrooms over. Beat the eggs with sour cream, little salt and grated cheese. Sprinkle over mushrooms and chicken. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees C (350 degrees) until it is finely browned.
