AVOCADO ICE CREAM RECIPE

Ingredients that you need:
- 2 medium avocados
- ½ cup of heavy cream (Shamrock)
- sweetener as desired (stevia, erythritol)
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, unsweetened (Hershey’s)
Preparation:
Clean avocados – remove the pit from them and hollow out with a small spoon. Place the avocados in the blender, then add heavy cream and your favorite sweetener. Mix all together well until the smooth mixture.
Divide the resulting mixture into two equal parts and mix a tablespoon of cocoa powder in one part. Mix well with a hand mixer so that the lumps remain unstained.
Then pour the green and brown cream into the bowl, seal and freeze for several hours.
