Ingredients that you need:
For the dough:
- 2 oz. (60 g) almond flour
- 1/3 oz. (10 g) coconut flour
- 1-3 tbsp. Erythritol powder
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1-2 tablespoons cocoa powder (without sugar!)
- 1 large egg
For the topping:
- 3 1/3 oz. (100 ml) cream
- 3 1/3 oz. (100 g) dark chocolate (85% cocoa upwards) OR sugar-free chocolate
- some nuts of your choice for decoration
Preparation:
In a large bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, egg and salt. Shape to a sticky dough with no clumps.
Preheat the oven to 350° F (180° C) and line a baking tray with a baking paper. If you like grease the paper additionally with coconut oil.
Now press the dough into the baking tray so that a complete bottom is covered! Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Slowly melt the chocolate (depending on which variety you have chosen) above the steam. Then add the cream to the melted chocolate. If you use dark chocolate, you can also add some powdery sweetener, so that it tastes slightly sweeter (but that’s optional).
Remove the dough from the oven and allow to cool. It can be lukewarm. Now spread the still liquid or creamy chocolate sauce on the dough and straighten out.
And it won’t be a proper pizza without a topping! So you can chop a few nuts (we have here cashew, pecan and almonds) for the decoration. Then heat them in a pan without oil until they smell. Spread on the pizza. Serve warm or cold. Enjoy!
