1. Drink plenty of water

Water gives your metabolism a kick start in the morning and helps in flushing out all the poisonous and deadly toxins from your system. Also, when you keep sipping water throughout the day, you feel fuller and consume lesser calories overall. You should also try and replace your other beverages like soda and canned juices with water as it saves you a lot of sugar and calories.

2. Workout 5 times a day

Working out keeps you fit, boosts your metabolism and reduces stress. Apart from that, when you workout you burn calories throughout the day which increases the number of calories you burn each day.

3. Cut on carbs and go green

While carbs may result in weight gain, try replacing it with proteins and soon you will notice fewer hunger pangs, sugar cravings and you will start losing weight effortlessly and efficiently. Also, protein helps in building lean muscle mass which makes you thinner and stronger.

4. Drink some caffeine before working out

A coffee before working out energizes your workout and makes you lose more calories than what you normally would. However, don’t go overboard with the caffeine as it makes you restless and messes up with your sleep patterns.

5. Strength train along with cardio

Doing exercises that will build your muscles helps you in toning and sculpting your body. Along with it, you also lose more calories when you have more muscles than fat in the body.

6. Cut down on sugar

11. Don’t weigh yourself every other day

Weighing yourself every other day will not show much of a difference on the scale and instead, you might lose motivation if you are someone who gets motivated by seeing the numbers fall on your scale. Instead, choose one day of a week to weigh yourself and weigh on that day of the week at the same time, every time.

12. Eat fruits for snacks

Instead of having unhealthy snacks, snack on fruits. Fruits do not contain any artificial sweeteners or added fats and are abundant in vitamins and minerals, which are essential for different processes taking place inside your body.

Eating fiber rich food suppresses your appetite and keeps you feeling fuller for a longer period of time. Some foods that are rich in fiber are roughage, fruits, and green leafy vegetables.
