- 16 oz nonfat berry Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
- 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
- Sweetener to taste
- 1 tablespoons sugar-free instant cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 cup mixed frozen berries
