Lunch: 4 oz. (125 g) cheese, tomato, toast
Dinner: 4 oz. (125 g) boiled beef, fruit, and toast
Day 5
Breakfast: fruit, toast, coffee
Lunch: 7 oz. (200 g) boiled beef, tomato, and toast
Dinner: 1 lb. (500 g) cooked vegetables, egg, and tomato
If you feel hungry between meals, eat some watermelon or other low-calorie fruit.
