Outrage: France Forces Children To Receive Vaccinations For 11 Diseases

The war on health freedom is raging in France—a country historically skeptical of Big Pharma—after the new Prime Minister Edouard Philippe announced the addition of 8 more diseases to its list which will be treated with forced-vaccinations.

Parents will be required to vaccinate their children against the following 8 newly-added diseases: measles, hepatitis B, influenza, whooping cough, mumps, rubella, pneumonia, and meningitis C.

Originally, only three were mandated by law to be treated with vaccines: diphtheria, tetanus, and polio.

The new legislation will take effect in 2018 and is being justified by France’s Minister of Health Angnès Buzyn as a response to the country’s recent measles epidemic.

“Today, only three infant vaccines are compulsory (diphtheria, tetanus, and polio). This poses a real public health problem,” said Buzyn.

”Today, in France, measles reappears. It is not tolerable that children die from it: 10 have died since 2008. Since this vaccine is only recommended and not mandatory, the coverage rate is 75 percent, whereas it should be 95 percent to prevent this epidemic. We have the same problem with meningitis.”

From the year 2008 to 2016, there were a reported 24,000 measles cases among the French people.

Despite the new mandate, France has remained historically one of the most skeptical towards vaccines.

One study involving 65,819 participants from 67 countries found that 41% of French respondents opposed the statement “vaccines are safe”, contrasting with the global average response of 13%.

France isn’t the only European nation to enforce sweeping vaccine mandates. Italy recently ruled that children would not be allowed to go to public schools without receiving vaccinations for 12 different diseases.
